By Diana Kohnle, HealthDay Reporter

(HealthDay News) -- Talking during sleep can affect your ability to feel rested the next day, not to mention that it can keep your partner awake.

  • Make sure you get enough sleep each night.

  • Avoid alcohol and eating before bed.
